Rules for using the logo

These rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") regulate the non—commercial use of the logo, icon and badge of INCOR LLC, published in the document "Social Media Giudline" logo, icon and badge" (hereinafter referred to as "Guideline") and the copyright holder of which is INCOR LLC (hereinafter referred to as "INCOR").

  • Anyone can place a logo, icon and/or badge on their website or in a mobile application, subject to the Rules and the Guideline. To use the logo, icon and/or badge in any other way, you must obtain the written permission of INCOR by contacting info@incor-ru.com
  • It is forbidden to distort the appearance, proportions and color scheme of the logo, icon and/or badge or parts thereof, except in cases expressly provided for by the Guideline. Also, you cannot use the logo, icon and/or badge or parts thereof as elements of other logos, icons, badges, trademarks, brand names, slogans and other things.
  • It is forbidden to place the logo, icon and/or badge in such a way that there may be an assumption of INCOR's cooperation with any company (person) or INCOR's involvement in the goods, services, and events offered, except in cases separately agreed with INCOR or INCOR LLC.
  • The logo, icon and/or badge may not be placed on websites and mobile applications that do not comply with legal requirements, including, but not limited to, contain false information about INCOR or its affiliates, their services; materials whose placement violates intellectual rights, defames honor, dignity or business the reputation of INCOR or its affiliates.
  • INCOR reserves the right to make changes to the Rules. Such changes will be mandatory for all persons using the logo, icon and/or badge based on the Rules. The current version of the Rules is always posted at https://incor-ru.com/brandbook/terms .
  • In the case of using the logo, icon and/or badge in ways not provided for by the Rules, INCOR reserves the right to apply to law enforcement and/or judicial authorities for protection of its legitimate rights and interests.
